• Comfort Plus® cushion backing has been proven to extend carpet life by up to 50%. This PVC-free backing acts as a shock absorber, cushioning the carpet fiber against wear. It also improves acoustics and enhances ergonomics by reducing leg fatigue.

• ES (Engineered for Sustainability) backing includes up to 35% recycled content. Modular carpet with ES backing contributes the maximum allowable points for carpet in the LEED® Green Building Rating System.

• TractionBack® allows carpet to be installed without adhesives. Not only does this eliminate VOCs and improve indoor air quality, it also reduces both the cost and time of installation.

Working through a network of franchise consultants, MilliCare provides a customized maintenance plan for your facility and budget. Carpet Renewal
After one lifetime of carpet use, Milliken renews it through Earth Square®, the only carpet renewal process on the market. Earth Square is available through the GSA Schedule and was recognized with GSA’s first-ever Evergreen Award. This three-step, closed-loop recovery process super-cleans, re-textures and rejuvenates used modular carpet with contemporary designs at a fraction of the cost of new carpet.

Carpet Reuse
Milliken donates used carpet tile to the Reuse Development Organization (ReDO), a tax exempt, 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization promoting reuse on every level. ReDO supplies used Milliken carpet to organizations supporting socially or economically deprived people around the world. If ReDO or Earth Square® are not viable options, Milliken will recycle the carpet, giving you assurance that no carpet will be sent to the landfill.
