Milliken offers a range of broadloom carpets that meet the full range of hospitality performance needs. Carpet is available in multiple weight nylon and 80/20 wool/nylon constructions and are all rated for heavy or severe wear by the Carpet & Rug Institute's Appearance Retention Rating system.

Grand Plaza® Modular Carpet:
Grand Plaza was developed specifically for high-traffic public spaces, such as lobbies, ballrooms, pre-function space and corridors. It is a 36-inch modular carpet with attached pad and is available in nylon or 80/20 wool nylon. Grand Plaza® performs under the most strenuous wear receiving a severe rating by CRI and meets the design and color demands of the hospitality industry.  Milliken covers Grand Plaza® with one of the most comprehensive warranty packages in the industry.

Milliken's Research Corporation and Milliken's Chemical business have collaborated to develop a host of industry first performance technologies which protect Milliken carpets and ensure long-term appearance retention.

StainSmart®:
All Milliken Hospitality carpets are supplied as standard with StainSmart®, a revolutionary chemistry which provides unparalleled resistance to staining and soiling. Applied during the manufacturing process, StainSmart® is an integral component of the carpet.  
 
AlphaSan®:
A standard feature of Milliken carpets, this long-lasting antimicrobial treatment is so powerful that it also is used for food preparation and medical device applications. 

ColorSeal®:
A bleach resistance technology, Colorseal® protects against the bleaching effects of bathroom cleaners, chlorinated pool water, Kool-Aid®, coffee, juice, wine and cola stains. 

Enhancer®:
Enhancer® is an attached pad which comes as standard on all modular carpets and can be selected as an upgrade to all of Milliken's broadloom carpets.
