• Lifetime Floor Compatibility warranty introduced for all Milliken PVC-free carpet

• Milliken becomes first UK manufacturer to be ISO 9000 certified
• Collection sites established for Milliken Associates to recycle home wastes including newspapers, aluminum, glass and motor oil
• Begins Partners in Education program to encourage use of renewed tiles through purchase or commercial donation
