August 07

In 1969, Milliken initiated a program that transformed much of its 650-acre headquarters from a peach orchard into a horticultural testing ground for identifying, cultivating and sharing information about trees.

The result of these efforts is the Milliken Arboretum, nationally recognized as one of the most significant corporate programs for increasing knowledge about trees and their potential for improving the environment and aesthetics of our communities.
For those of you who are unable to see the Milliken Arboretum in Spartanburg for yourself, check out some photos we captured during recent visits.
