The Italian city, L’Aquila, is home to one of the most unique structures we’ve seen yet! Made entirely of wood, the multicolored auditorium was intentionally designed to optimize the building’s acoustic function. Materials were prefabricated and then assembled onsite – using 800,000 nails, 100,000 screws and 10,000 brackets.
