Milliken Arboretum contributes to carbon-negative certification

In 1969, Milliken initiated a program that transformed much of its 650-acre headquarters from a peach orchard into an arboretum - and a horticultural testing ground. Milliken’s Arboretum is nationally recognized as one of the most significant corporate programs for increasing knowledge about trees and their potential for improving the environment and aesthetics of our communities.

Thanks to the sustainable management of the Arboretum and more than 130,000 acres of trees in Milliken forests, among other things - Milliken is proud to be certified carbon negative. Additionally, all Milliken products are certified carbon neutral, from our textiles to chemical products.

For those of you who are unable to see the beautiful Milliken Arboretum in Spartanburg for yourself, here are a few photos we captured during recent visits.
