Architectural race in Silicon Valley elicits design excellence

A friendly competition has developed in Silicon Valley – home to many of the world's largest technology corporations. It seems that companies in the area are trying to outdo each other with the most creative and unique campus designs.

The Architect's Newspaper reported that Google has recently unveiled plans for a new corporate campus, which will be adjacent to their headquarters – “Googleplex” – an incredible system of buildings, offices and green space located in Mountain View, California.
