Design firm Bjarke Ingels Group is pushing the limits of design. Rather than just adding another rectangle outline to the New York skyline, the architects are planning to build a pyramid-shaped residential building.
The monumental structure will overlook the Hudson River and bring a unique new look to the neighborhood. The building is scheduled to open in 2015.
