An evolution of new possibilities: 3D printing

Is 3D printing a fad, or is the technology here to stay? We believe that 3D printing is an exciting evolution in art and science that could forever change the way we view technology and design.

According to an article by Co.Design, Microsoft is taking steps to get 3D printing to consumers. With just a click of a button, someday anyone could create custom napkin rings for a dinner party or print an object created on an app or game. The possibilities are endless!

Though it may not be advanced enough to go mainstream now, the technology is already doing wonders for the architecture and design community. Here are a few great examples!
