Number 5: Hosting CEU courses around the U.S. to talk social media - and Pinterest!
We love any chance to talk with interior designers and architects about technology that is changing the architecture and design industry. Social media is doing just this, and we hosted numerous continuing education courses (CEUs) around the United States to discuss how designers and architects can use these tools to find inspiration, share ideas, and network with one another.
Our most popular CEU course, Pinterest and the A&D Community: Sharing and insipring in a digital world, introduces participants to the tool, shares ways architects and designers can use the site to find inspiration and share their work, and offers best practices.

Architects and designers gathered in Milliken's New York City showroom to discuss how Pinterest embraces a visual and creative process.
Architects and designers from numerous firms around New York City partipated in the CEU course, including Gensler, Estee Lauder, DaSilva Architects, Gertler & Wente, M Moser, Highland Associates, Studio BLS, Stonehill Taylor and NYState/GSA.
Architects and designers from Boston also participated in Milliken's Pinterest CEU course and provided great feedback on how they plan to use and are currently using the social media tool.
Stay tuned as we continue to present Milliken's top 5 moments from 2013!
